The 9,016 square foot mansion, located at the end of a peninsula in Woodland, Minnesota, is listed for $14.75 million.

"It's a stunning piece of property with nearly 1,700 feet of lakefront, which is very unique," said Jim Schwartz, listing agent for Sotheby's International Realty in Lakeland." Schwarz was present during the construction, which was completed in 2016.

"I met the owners in 2014 and ended up finding the property for them," he says." They tore down an old house and built this beautiful home within a few years."
